Credit Control Manager / Assistant Manager

Job description:
  • To monitor and review non-performing loan (NPL) accounts.
  • Manage collection, recovery, financing and able to take appropriate legal action so as to ensure sufficient and healthy cash flow.
  • To plan department manpower and budget, set credit control strategy, collection targets, policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness in debt collection.
  • Consult and update the Management and collection staff of latest credit control issues and developments.
  • To formulate and promote appropriate settlement proposals and to prepare credit related reports.
  • To take appropriate actions against delinquent accounts.
  • Negotiate with the past due accounts.
Requirements:
  • At least possess a diploma/degree in business studies/administration/management or equivalent qualification.
  • Good command of Bahasa and English.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity and related fields as a Credit Control Manager.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset with strong leadership skills.

Credit Control Executive

Job description:
  • Ensure smooth and punctual payment from customers.
  • Monitor account receivable.
  • Handle dispute with customers.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, self motivated and able to work independently.
Requirements:
  • SPM/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Good command of Bahasa and English.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in related field.
  • Preferably male.

Operations Manager

Job description:
  • Report to Senior Manager, to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission and organizational planning.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services; as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Requirements:
  • At least possess a diploma/degree in business studies/administration/management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar capacity and related fields as an Operations Manager.
  • Strong communication skills, problem solving, proactive mindset with strong leadership skills.

Accountant

Job description:
  • Responsible for managing the Accounts team to deliver the full spectrum of financial and technical accounting functions
  • Prepare timely financial/management reports
  • Responsible for annual statutory reporting
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure efficient systems are in place and in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with tax agent for tax matters
  • Oversee the accounting process
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Senior Accountant
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Must have initiative, be reliable and possess strong integrity
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Accounting softwares
  • Must be MIA member

Accounts Executive

Job description:
  • To prepare the part or full sets of accounts
  • Posting of journals and transactions into General Ledger
  • Maintenance of fixed assets register, bank reconciliation
  • Assist in daily/weekly/monthly report generation to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month end/year end closing and management reporting purposes
Requirements:
  • LCCI Higher and / or related professional qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision to meet timeline
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Softwares
